53 recruits killed, 200 wounded as Houthi strikes Yemen

The Houthis struck a training facility in Yemen’s Shabwa Governorate with three ballistic missiles, resulting in at least 53 fatalities and over 200 injuries; the death toll is expected to increase.

The Iranian Foreign Minister asserted that the United States initiated the conflict without provocation from Iran and remains unable to identify a viable exit strategy eight months later.

Multiple U.S. embassies across the Middle East have issued coordinated security alerts, advising American citizens in the region of potential threats posed by Iran and Iran-backed Houthi forces.
